i just called atco, theyre gonna be open as of now but it said to call back at 330pm.

as far as what im seeing on the radar and on weather.com the rain is to the north and to the south of atco. theres a 15% chance at 7pm turning into a 30% by 10pm. which is really nothing to worry about. the air wont be good for personal bests today, but it cant hurt to get a few passes in.

as long as atco doesnt call it, im going tonight.

I know I started hitting bad rain in trenton around 5:45 and thought for sure you guys were gonna get screwed. Sounds like the southern part of the state got lucky. I'm guessing no1 was there considering how bad the weather looked.

yeah, thats why people should check the radar instead of their local forecast, especially when they dont live near the track :nod: i didnt start running till after 6pm. we wouldve had more runs but there was an oildown or two.

i managed a 12.76 @ 110.7mph on a 1.999 60' on regular unleaded this past friday. i didnt know there was regular in it untill i looked at my recipt bc i knew the car shouldve been faster than what it was... even in the +1200 DA

you should be alright it u can cut a decent 60'

i cant remember the exact time, i think he went 12.6-12.7s @ 108 1.71 60'

maybe if i had drag radials, skinnies and 93 octane in my car itd be a close race for you greg lol

I was stuck in 12.7's-12.8's the air was crap for me, but the car was hooking and launching the best it ever has.

I don't believe it was that cool of a day. Best run was at 5:53 on April 7th, but I think atco's clock was wrong on the print-out....might have been 6:53 if that makes any difference. If anything, i'll probably be stuck in the 12.5s since the clutch has a little more wear on it and seems to make me trap less and less each visit to the track.

Believe it or not it was one of my worst 60's of the night @ 1.879. 330- 5.273 1/8th 8.04@89 1000-10.42 1/4 12.435@112.57. I could care less if people know what I run...changes will be happening this summer and then I'll be :shifty:

I ran the 12.37 the last time i went, I had skinnes on that i borrowed from tim. Before that i ran with 16/254 in the front and the mt et streets and ran a best of 12.409. I stay pretty consistent around 12.45 and with the z06 wheels on the front prob more like 12.5s

looked it up 3/31. I havent ran my car in bad da with the tune have now or slick. I ran with slicks once last summer and couldnt get it out of 13s. So if its night with bad da ill prob run close to 12.6s-7s. my guess

your car, vin's and mine are all pretty close (when u guys do sticky tires and i do street tires) so it should make for some fun races

don't worry...my car will be 12.4's even if the DA is 1000+...I figured out a new launch technique that should help me pick up a tenth or two....:twisted:

Edit: just called and placed my order for a monster stage 3 clutch, so I wont care if I roast the clutch on Friday :)

sticky tires na im only gonna run 245 mt et streets. I do have a set of 16 in. bald street tires. Ill run on them i just can gurantee you will kill me unless i get a years worth of practice

im still learning how to launch the z28, id like to see a couple 1.8 60's with it. but that will all depend on how the track hooks for me. if the DA is the same as last friday, i should be in the 12.4-12.5 range on a 1.8 something 60'
