My car has LE2 heads and LE1.5 cam and was tune for it. the only problem is that it still has the stock throttle body. if i put a 58mm on it and change my exhaust should i have the car retuned or should it still be ok?

why would you put a 58mm on. That would be overkill unless your running bigger cubes or fi...52 should be more then enough.

if im gonna spring for a 52 why not get a 58? (i know that a 52 is enough)

whats the cam specs if you don't mind and what are you planning on doing with the exhaust? i'd probably stick a 58 on it as long as the intake is ported for it.
got a wideband on it?
i would lean towards retuning it....

Yes the intake is ported for it and I'm switching back to a ypipe so I can run a chassis mounted torque arm. No wide band yet

No, as long as you get the TPS set, it should not "require" a tune.
Will it help to get one, maybe.
