I was driving home from the GF's house in the Hawk and decided to put my foot into it abit. Got it up to about 85mph and dropped down into second (when you do that with a SLP LM 1 it's freaking loud) Just as a Butler cop pops up on the other side of the road. Needless to say he jams the brakes and hits the lights to pull me over. He walks up to the car and says "goin a little fast huh?". I explain it's my weekend car and was going abit quick, he takes my paperwork goes back to his car. 5 min later he walks up and says "you have a clean driving record Mr. Vonder Fecht, slow down, nice car and have a good evening. Wow am I lucky!

Butler cops are for the win man very nice people

my friend had his rebel flag waving out the back of his pick up and ran through a light on 23 oops of course a cop was there conviently there pulled him over. my friend asks if it was the flag (it was on a pole stuck in the hitch) and hes like "no no the flags cool, but you blew through that light." takes his paper work comes back gives him a ticket for obstruction of view rather (the flag pole in front of the license plate) than a 2pt moving violation because he had a clean record

yea quality stuff man

one to pull you over, one to write it, and one to hand it to you.

most towns dispatch 2 cars automaticly to a traffic stop..i know we do here.

also, any other cars in the area may also stop by

friggin truth  What people who don't know NH don't get is that NH is a VERY small town, we have an overabundance of cops, most of which I remember from grammar school.

They do as a saftey issue its a rule of theres. Around my area at night the cop wont get out of the car until another one stops. Keeps people from getting hurt. As much as its annoying its completly understandable

Yeah it is... I get permagrin when ever I punch it or downshift.

Monmouth Beach cops were not a fan of it, they pulled me over twice:evil: Gotta get a LM 2 muffler to quiet it up.

I didn't catch the name, he was bald, 6 ft tall, 40 ish? Helluva nice guy though. I've been violation free for over 10 years and that woulda screwed me royaly. Took a long time for me to get the 27 points I had off my license but it really paid off.

Speaking of which unmarked dodge chargers are now on the turnpike and parkways. So keep the feet off the gas and drive safe this summer. So hopefully the continued praise of officers continue to be posted.

i went to highschool with a few of the younger ones on the squad and the older ones hassle me cause of my older brother being a well known criminal in the area by the hpd. hamilton cops like to try the ''i wanna search your car game then ticket you for everything i possibly can.''

i even got pulled over on chambers/liberty street by a hamilton pd narc. he proceded to ask me to step out of the car and tell him where the drugs were in my car....because i was in a known drug neighborhood. i explain to him im going to see my sister who lives around the corner and got hassled...making me an hour late to dropping off money to my sister...making her an hour late to what she was doing.

hamilton pd ftl. i stick to the highways to get where im going around here. i refuse to drive through hamilton main roads

Yep these guys are pretty cool. I was going to work one morning and was stopped for doing 38 in a 25. I Know a sergeant on the Butler pd. Who is retired when I mentioned his name he asked how I knew him, I told him I was very good friends with his father in law. So we talked for about 2 min and he said be careful this is a 25 zone if I clock you again over the limit I'll have to ticket you. Since the people in this area are complaining about speeding cars. Next I was coming home from home depot with my ford Taurus I had 3 pieces of 6 foot shelving in my trunk. When I took off from a light two of the shelves slid out ,a Butler cop pulled up behind me and hit the lights. got out and made sure I wasn't in harms way picking up the shelves off the highway. After that he said secure that stuff and drove off. He could have been a prick and gave me a ticket for a unsecured load.
