On the way there saw a beautiful orange first gen with white stripes, then going home saw a black trans am with the t tops out on tinton ave that kinda looked like jam.
Four nice f-bodies in a 15 min time frame was awesome along with the black supra with chrome rims(bash me but I love these cars when done right which is rarely).

I actually bought the car from a dealership in Motron, Illinois. I test drove the 1LT they had at Pine Belt Eatontown in May, and really wasn't sold on the color/trim. Not to mention that they wanted a lot more than sticker.

So I sent a couple of e-mails around to dealerships and nobody really had what I wanted. With my car lease ending in July, I didn't have time to order and wait until October or November (although now I'm told I probably could have extended my lease for a few months if needed) so I went to Ebay and Autotrader.

Found this on Ebay for MSPR...had to pay $600 to have it transported, but it was well worth it! :mrgreen:

Saw a few fourth gens at work Rt36 in Hazlet at quick chek. One black fourth gen z28 with a catback and clear tail lights:banghead: Next was a completely stock black fourth gen z28. New yellow 5th gen with black stripes, and a red 5th gen with black stripes.

I saw a nasty 5th gen SS, silver with black stripes on Hooper in Toms River this morning. I was 2 cars back stopped at the light by Fridays going south. He was stopped at the light on the other side. He must have seen me because he got on it pretty hard taking off from the light. It sounded nice. He must have seen me :cool:

They must have changed his mind because they ended up following me passed the police station and out towards Bamber Lake. About halfway down Dover Rd, they turned around. That's when I figured out they were following me. So I made a u-turn myself and tried to catch back up to them, but they were already gone. Anyone on here?
