The car was part of the CTF, it doesn't actually belong to the person who posted up about it - he's just driving it around for GM. Supposedly a Land Rover or Range Rover down the street was broken into and the thieves stole the tool kit from it, as well as all 4 wheels / tires. Parts of the stolen tool kit were found near the Camaro.
