im trying to find a good place to have a formal for my fraternity near the beach, anyone know of any?

lol i wish, but for those who dont know what a "Formal" is, its a banquet with food and usually an open bar but everyone gets dressed up (Shirt and Tie) dances, gets wasted and then gets the D wet hahahah. I only wish hooters did that kind of ordeal....
