Giant battles: every second
Cursing: Yeah, cover the kiddies ears
Just sheer awesome for 2.5 hrs.

I really dont understand the neg feed back? Did people expect this movie to have some sort of epic oscar award winning plot?
Its an action movie based on alien robots that can transform into vehicles.
People need to snap the **** out of it, and go back to childhood here and there.

I also thought how great of an idea was if a few dealers got together and put a few of the movie cars out there.
Camaro, Topkick, H2, Corvette, and a few other big sellers like the Cobalt and HHR.

there is a lot of adult jokes and language, you might want to see it without him first.

It is PG-13, Which I found odd for the language and lots of violence.(But, there is no blood.)

As for the epic plot, just no. A great, great, great action flick. Mindless action, yes. Great story, no. Tons of fighting and even a baywatch run starring Meghan Fox.
For what it is, I'll give it an A.

I saw it opening night with the first showing time by me and the movie was amazing, and those exhaust notes from that camaro made me drool and a half. And as we Megan fox had the same effect on me. Its definitely worth every penny.

Saw it. I've heard about the reviews, but from a pure entertainment point of view, I liked it. Sure a great plot will keep you wanting to see what happens next, but a great action movie will keep you hypnotized. As for the acting, well I believed that they were a sentient alien race that are robots in disguise.

Being able to see the movie would be a luxury, otherwise i'll have to wait till it comes out on dvd around winter. So yes, to answer your question, it IS hard to pay for it at the movie theater.

Karen and I saw it on Thursday night, and we both loved it. Although some of the changes were unexpected (like the twins) I think it worked out well.

Without giving anything away for those that haven't seen it.....anyone else think that the ending left things open for a possible third movie?

Just saw it tonite with my son and I must say it is one of the BEST action films I have ever seen. It's like 4th of July for 2 1/2 hours. Oh, just a side note about MEGAN FOX :leghump: Nuff said. Just try to get past the first scene where she it sitting on the motorcycle! :drool: Plus the blond robot is also nothing to throw away. Funny as hell part was when she jumps in the CAMARO and what the car does to her!:lol:

I could go on for 15-20 mins pointing out all the bad things in teh story and continuity and whatnot...

But I'd STILL go see it again. Bumblebee and Optimus stepped up their badassedness about 50x.

And of course... Megan Fox...

I never got why they made him into a hero type character. Bumblebee was always pretty much useless on the tv show. Hopefully this movie is better than the first. The first one was too much boring acting with some cool driving and a cool fight scene at the end.

I actually hated that part... Ravage (And Soundwave, of course) was always one of my favorite Decepticons. I assume if they make a 3rd and have Soundwave in it (which I hope they do since he was terribly underutilized in this film) they'll use Laserbeak next time...

so the hub and i went to go see it last nite. in imax. wasnt as thrilled as i expected to be. def not as good as the first one...most of the robo battles scene were beat. funny at times but blah. i dunno. i coulda waited for it to come out on dvd. and we would take a 5th gen over megan fox n e day. hardly saw bee tho....ehh
