well after a very late and difficult night the rear is in the car and most of the suspensions on. sway bars off and the tq arm needs new bolts were it mounts on the chassis. we completly did it wrong twice first time we put the springs in and jacked it up tryin to mount the shocks. it took a 2' tumble off the jack. second time we put the lca's on and jacked it up it helped but forgot the tq arm and made it a pain at the end. another problem was missing bolts. either mice are walkin off with them or my friend that helped take it apart didnt put them where they should be. but its in here's a few pics.

i powerwashed it twice degreased it and sprayed it. the rear wen i got it was rusty as hell the guy must have put it in the car bare. i spent 2 weeks sanding and removin it the rust so it was bare then cleaned it used stuff to keep it from rusting and its still rusting from undeer the primer/paint. and the paint isnt on to well. im so mad with how that is it looked good enough to be in a show car wen we were done and now not so much.

drag launch springs? i remember looking into them but i was told by a bunch of guys that its not ideal for driving on the street. each spring has a different rate

Yea it definately looks clean...we finished my front springs and struts after alot of unexpected problems. Still debating myself if i wanna lower the rear along w/ the new shocks...If i was to do it again i would go w/ a drag setup for the rear.

The Comp Eng rear 3 way adjustable shocks work well for what they are 99 for the set. i have gone high 1.3s on them just set them to 50/50

so the comp engineering shocks are like 90 bucks shipped from jegs. and those will help cut the 60' times i need? my brother would give me 50 for my kybs so it'd work well for me. i know its hard to get a 6 speed to 60' like an auto so anything helps

speed Inc sells them for 90 also set them at 50/50 and have at it. i have had them go in many diff cars go low 1.40s 60s anything beter then that u really need a full adjustable shocks. If you wana go fast Put a th-350 in the car with a trans brake. i no it can be done with a 6spd but its going to take alot of praice launching the m6

ima leave the m6 in it for a few yrs then try and trade someone for a th350. ill still be driving it so it'll be better on the street wit the 6 speed
