I cant get access into the basement and when people post up link of pictures in the classifieds section whenever i click on the link it says my account cannot access the page or something like that.

As stated in the Classifieds Rules (posted at the top of each of the Classifieds Forums), you must have 50 posts or 6 months of membership before you can participate in the Classifieds forums.
