New PB for the z28 again

previous best was a 12.48 @ 112.4mph 1.90 60' on street tires back in may with -700 DA

tonight i went 12.34 @ 112.26mph on a 1.75 60' with drag radials, skinnies, and front sway bar removed in +300DA

stock suspension, stock 342 gears, and a LS2 clutch that i bought for like 70bucks on LS1tech just to get the car moving back in april lol

brandon got it on video with his friends camera. ill post up when i get it

i think its going to see 11.99 this fall/winter in some nice negative DA

crap im deffinately getting to the track this week. clutch and fluid is changed/bled. the a/c and compressor are coming out this weekend and some tires will be had.

hell i launched at 6k basically dumping the good ol LS2 clutch in the street lane and dead hooked. stock suspension too! i tried launching off limiter right after but i spun horribly. 2.3 60' and a 13.0 @ 112mph. lol

Hay Ron we have to line up in the fall I drove Steves Camaro sunday at atco and went 12.37@112.54 with a 1.756 60' would be a cool race!

Sunday was hot as hell i got burnt 88*

Steves car has headers/magnaflow/ 3.90 gears/ LS7 clutch/ My Tuning/ MT drag radials/ and to top it off a stock 99 LS1 with 125000 + miles.

I think this fall will be interesting for all.

Oh I know that you guys will be blowing by me eventually, I'll never be able to put the money into my car that you guys do, but thats always been cool, I never worry bout that as you only can go as fast as your pocket allows you to. That has always held me back and always will since my commitments are different from alot of others. I'm just happy to have fun with everyone racing and running as well as I do and knowing that bang for the buck very few can equal what my car has done. Now if I can come up with a couple grand in the next few months then that'll be a different story.Hmmmm!!:mrgreen:

mine- 99z28 6spd with 01 LS1 stock Ls2 clutch, slp lid, ported stock maf and TB, no muffler and a tune. i ran on drag radials and skinnies this past friday. only thing ive taken off the car was the front sway bar. everything else is in the car including spare and jack
