I assume this is a 7.5" ring? 10 bolt covers a lot of gm rears.

Series 3 carrier. The rear originally had 3.23 from the factory, I upgraded to 3.42 back in 2000 when I put in the T56, then had these 3.73s installed after the LS1 went in back in 2005.
They were never drag raced, saw mostly street/highway and a few road course events.
Yuengling beer FTW!!

I'd totally buy you beer if this works for my car. I have a 2.73 rear, would it work?

No go, unfortunately. You need gears for a 2-series carrier, or replace your carrier with a posi that's 3-series.
