Hey guys I was wondering if you could help my clarify a few things. My friends 1992 Dodge Spirit won't start. The key turns ALL the way and stays there and the car does nothing, not like a correctly working ignition cylinder where it returns to the ON position after the car starts. It is also very hard to remove the key from the ignition, you have to fight with it for awhile. I've come to the conclusion I need to replace the lock cylinder. Does anyone agree or have any other suggestions? Thanx
