I've been searching for a while now and the only place I can find is C&M in trenton.
Does any one know where you can get one of these batteries or a dealer that warranty's them?

C&M is a whole sale only and they don't deal with over the counter purchases

I called the manufacturer directly and they said to take it to any dealer and they would warranty it, I have the original reciet and the battery isn't even a year old.
It is the battery that came with my car when I got it.

Thanks STS is the only place I didn't call to see what battery they carry haha

f**k exide. get an optima. never have to worry about the battery again, until it's time to replace it. they put up with so much abuse.

optima's are garbage. stick with a regular cell battery.

No reason to lock it and a bad alt can tear up any battery.

yeah that's what happened to mine; that is why i said it,no reason to swap batteries when I have a 4 year 100% replacement warranty and I am only 18 months into it.

I'd get mine warrantied too, I'm not questioning why you want the one you want. I'm just pointing out that a bad alt will eat any battery, not just optimas

yeah, catastrophic events can happen to any battery. i like the all-around flexibility of the optima. you could mount it upside down and it would still do the job. anyway, good luck with your warranty.

well considering the fact that you cant quick charge a gel cell battery and there are very few places that have the provisions to charge a gel cell safely its not very helpful if you get stuck on the side of the road.

i never had a problem with good old diehards. even seen them run over 10 years

Die Hard had a bad run a few years back. Exide was making ****** batteries with the Die Hard name and they were prematurely failing. Now they are good again from what I hear.

I didn't buy the battery myself my car came with it and the receipt was in the glove box.
