I sanded the whole thing down to the plastic before painting it black. It has about 3 good coats of paint plus 3 coats of clear. The stripes are satin black vinyl

nice kirk. that orange and black bow tie looked good but i see why you changed it. so does this mean you don't need your rad cap? :lol:

Well, you cant use an ls1 radiator, so you need to give me the cap to get yours back Haha. Oh yeah, and I put a sticker on your cap.

I was going to make a headplate and paint it the same black as the valve covers...but I have to find time away from school work to get on the machines
