I just woke up and checked the fantasy league stats and realized that there are some very very very close teams involved here. Realized we dont have a thread going for the season yet, so im starting it. Looks like its going to be interesting.

if i can get my receivers in line (gd moss and his hissy fit for being double covered most of the game), i might be able to pull off a victory this year. first time i've had solid people to work with. even though i lost, i don't necessarily count it as a loss - 2 points? - i am in the top three points-wise.

shocker was jeremy shockey - he had a touchdown. now, why didn't i play him? that alone would have cemented a victory against anyone.

i think i've finally got it together. tony homo isn't coming off the bench until rothlisberger has a bye week; unfortunately, i put too much hope on him having a good year early on, and it looks like he will have a lackluster year at best - so i paid the price by not being able to outscore my opponents.

this upcoming week i was able to replace all of the byes with like-scoring people, so i will continue to score as i have the past two weeks. that might not be enough to win, but i will count it so because of how much i learned this year.

I had Cutler on my starting roster all the way up to around noon cuz up until then I had lost my faith in Brady. Then I thought about it, noticed the Titans D is very weak, and I had a gut feeling Brady was gonna torch them up, in Foxborough, in the snow (the Titans said they hate playing in that type of weather)... so I swapped Brady in. Unless your kicker put up 7 points, I could've started neither of my quarterbacks. All of my WR and one of my RB's just happened to have stellar games in the same week :nod: BTW, Julius Jones sucks balls. :lol:

Basically, you pick a certain amount of players you want to keep on next years team. (Number is limited) By keeping that player, you lose the pick you have in the round he was picked in the previous year.
Example: LS1hawk will keep Adrian Peterson, therefore he loses next years first round pick.
