I thought the cruse control was vacuum operated? Unless theres more to it then what Im thinking...

no idea i just googled it up. maybe it controls accel or decel? or a dash light? :lol:

I was gonna say something to do with the cruise control as well. I remember pulling a box just like that off the top of my gas pedal bracket, and it had wiring coming into it from the column, and out into the engine bay somewhere.
