Seems lately everyones been posting pictures of the DD, so why not group it together? What are you driving when you aren't drive your f-body? Or is your f-body the daily mode of transportation? What have you done to your daily, or what are you planning on doing? Heres mine

Its a '94 GMC Jimmy with almost 160k, fixed a bunch of odds and ends including a big rust hole with some sheet metal. Pretty much stock with a glasspack muffler, pepboys intake, my alpine type e from my pickup truck. Best of 21 mpg.

I hate to shame you all, but here goes.

Here is my numbers matching, low mileage 2002 Olds Intrigue. Powered by the fabled 3.5L OHC motor known as the 'Short Star', this upscale GL model boasts all power accessories, sport oriented 16" aluminum rims, a tasteful rear spoiler and luxurious heated leather seats.

This car is the last of he great mid sized Olds. With power to spare and a tight yet refined ride, it is a direct descendant of the fabled Cutlass and 442 cars of yesteryear. Despite its obvious collector value, I drive it whenever possible. It's not just for looking at - but feel free to stare until your eyes bleed.

It's not for sale but I'll always listen to offers.

My DD is an '01 Cherokee with 81K miles. I bought it in March of '05 with 48K. It's got a few mods - clear corner markers and turn signals, Pilot driving lights, and custom rear seat headrests (adapted from a '97 Grand Cherokee) -

http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh190/TPIMonteSS/01XJ_boosterseat.jpg

I also added Bilstein shocks (I think one rear one is blown now though), Moog thermoplastic sway bar endlinks and bushings, and rear disc brakes. I pirated the parts from a '97 Grand Cherokee was able to do the swap for about ~$350, including new e-brake cables, rotors, and pads.

I like the Grizzly wheels. The local Nissan dealer took in 4 Cherokees on the CFC program - 2 of 'em are '96 Classics with those wheels! I wish I could get them to swap a set with my steelies before they junk those XJs.

And you'll love the Dynomax catback - by far the easiest exhaust system I've ever installed. I had the old one off my XJ with a sawzall in 15 minutes and the Dynomax hung and adjusted an hour later with my 6-year old helping me. :)

This is my 'new' baby, a 2006 silverado Z71 extended cab with the 5.3L. I bought it to tow my trailer since I have a small landscaping service, and obviously the trans am wouldn't do. When I bought it in January or Feb? I can't remember, it had 47,000 miles. Today, it already has 61,000 since I use it on a daily basis for work and for personal use. I'm hoping to get a beater truck for work next year to curb the mileage on this truck, because I really like it alot. The 06 Chevys really look cool, and once it isn't being used so much I want to put a four inch lift on it. My only modifications to this one are a flowmaster exhaust that exits on the passenger side, and deletion of the pin striping. Oh, and idk why, but the dealership swapped out the cooler silverado wheels for 07 avalanche wheels, I don't know why, but I wish they didn't.

Yea, those wheels do look good. There are 2 other black '96 Classics here in Ewing, and Jack always points them out when we pass one. The Dynomax catback went on Friday afternoon, took forever get the old muffler off (and it had only been on since March). Also found out that I'm missing the body-side exhaust mount that's next to the gas tank. Must be the cause for breaking both of the stock catbacks.
