I have a buddy named Monteque J Monibag$ who is into Porsches. Monte owns a couple of 944s, and he recently had a pretty severe engine fire while racing at the 'Glen, and the car is pretty much shot under the hood. So today ubg and Monte had a pretty good pow wow about the merits of swapping out the dead Borsche engine and putting in a good 'ol Chev small block. Monte has run with a few guys who have Chev power, so he knows that they rock. Plus the $ factor of making big power with less $ with the Chev is def a good merit. And even though ubg is a Gen 1 and LT1 fan, he
thinks LSx is the way to go, and Monte agrees. So, hopefully Monte will stay on this track, and ubg will get to mess with his first LSx project. 8-)
