yes, you will be fine. Find out the max GVW on the trailer though. Then what rear gears are in your truck, and you can see what your truck is rated for. But for the most part, you will be fine. I tow a 23' camper with my truck and its weaksauce to yours.

get a weight distributing hitch for your truck also. Like this one (http://www.thehitchstore.com/round-bar-weight-distribution-hitch-800-lb-tw-p-1321.html)

Do you have a brake controller? If not, one like this (http://www.brakecontroller.com/engage.htm) is fine

Just make sure the truck is truly rated to tow the weight and the trailer and car inside don't exceed the truck's tow rating. I keep hearing stories of people getting pulled over and weighed and the traile/car exceed the truck's towing rating and they will make you unhitch it right there on the side of the highway.
