The owner has the VIN plate. According to the government, Boyd Coddington, UNIQUE, and W2W, that's a car. LOL

Its spanking everyone elses car, so I think yes lol. I'm sure once most of that stuff gets together it resembles a car

hahaha yeah it cracks me up every time I look at it but if some one has the vin plate then it could get re registered one day

(For those keeping score, I still own what is left of this car, title and all. The best 4th gen is an extreme de-modded 4th gen. Huzzah!)
