Pitbull is going to have a concert at my college, so my girlfriend took a poster, we cut out the face, and did this...

Usually these types of events are thrown by the Student Government Associations of the school. They are given their own budget to work with and are also funded by fundraisers. These funds are meant to go to things like this. There is also a $25 fee (according to the poster) which will also cover the cost.

The best part is that I left the cut out of the rappers face on her father fridge, held up by the "i love my grand dog" magnet we stuck on his mustang as a prank.
