As many of you have already seen theres a video going around the web of a 5 year old boy that is in the Guinness Book of World for weight lifting. So heres my video for it and yes its me... :lol:

I hope the kid can benefit from all that training sometime down the road, without the parents being involved. Otherwise, wasted youth he'll probably kill his psychiatrist over when he's in his 20's.

He will have a ton of issues when he's older. And by older I mean 20s-30s.
