Interesting tests. The bed of the tundra on that first test is pretty wild. If I was off road in one of those tundras and had the bed hit the cab I would be pretty pissed.
I always felt if I was in the market for a new full size I would get the ford. They lack in power a bit to the competition but overall seems like a better truck. They ride so smooth too...

Without even looking at the videos I'm gonna guess those are the tests conducted by Ford that have been going around for a year or three now. While they do show what's actually happening to the trucks, they are setup in such a way to showcase the Ford's strengths.

No, no he didnt. I was making a joke about how hard Toyota wants to fit in with the working man in America.
I know. But with the emphasis and the caps I thought it was either ubg or edpontiac

Ford and chevy show their strengths everyday. how many construction vehicles do you see that have a import badge on them? or even a dodge badge for that matter. people that buy them dont know what a good truck is. If you need a real truck there is only 2 options. and if you want a truck that will never let you down find a old ford with the straight 6 you couldn't kill those motors and i think thats why ford stopped making them:cry:

I do not remember which municipality around here bought a fleet of Tundras and turned them in after the first year. I think it was 20 or so trucks, too soft to handle the daily grind. They are probably fine for home owners or light contracting but not commercial stuff- big brake rotors/factory headers/etc or not.
