Weird scene, but glad I could help...:mrgreen:
There is a gas station I usually hit on the way home from work when I need a fill up, 'cause they are open late and their prices seem to be competitive. Anywho, there is a little Indian guy who works there nights, and he seems to always have a pretty good 'tude. Well, tonight they were kinda busy, and the dude was rushing around. So after he fills me up he comes over to give me my card and receipt. Well, since I've been on my diet I've been eating a lot of fruit, and I had a bag of apples and a bunch of bananas on my pass. seat. Anywho, the guy saw the bag of apples, and he said "PLEASE, SIR! CAN YOU HELP ME?" And I had no idea what he was talking about...so I said "Huh?" And he said "PLEASE SIR! CAN I HAVE AN APPLE?" So, I was like, "Um, sure! Want a banana, too?" Turned out the guy was working short handed, didn't get a chance to have any dinner, and was feeling crappy. So, I was able to help a person in need. But I didn't offer him a protein bar. Those are too 'spensive to just give away! :mrgreen:
