not exactly sure, i have a worked rs4 with about 550hp, 02 ss camaro with zr1 motor with 750 hp, audi r8 and some other good ones. love the game.

yeah you win the bugatti. dont waste your money buying it. want to win real easy money and level up fast as hell ? get your fastest car and setup a private race. 50 laps, all assists turned off, sunset peninsula speedway, set AI to hard, give them all acura rsx's and youre good to go. i was making 96,000/race and getting like 57,000 XP everytime :D
