Please be reflective and respectful in this post. This was a dark day for the USA.
Thanks.

This is why I get all touchy about "Never forget 9/11" being crammed down our throats all the time. That WAS a horrible day for us but there were other more important days that we should also remember that long get forgotten. A LOT more people have died because of what followed Pearl Harbor than 9/11, I think more should be said/shown for Today day than it is.

lol well he posts up like we all actually know the date that pearl harbor happened. i think we spent like a week on ww2 in school. shouldve been clearer in the OP
edit: i think 9/11 was more of a tragedy beings that it was civillians. pearl harbor was a military base. military personnel know what theyre sigining up for....those people in the WTC were just living their normal lives.

Sorry for ASSuming people have a memory ;)
I have a soft spot for WW2 stuff, arguably the greatest generation in our country's history.

I was a little off, I thought it was the 11th for some reason but I knew what the OP meant when I read the title.

I had a great uncle that was a bomber in WWII, passed away a few years ago. He used to send me pictures of WWII era planes and tell me stories about all of them, including some that he actually flew in.
