Th400 Speedo Question

I need to find the correct gears for my th400 which is serving to be a problem.

Axle is 4.56
Tire is 29"

Found that already

Shows I need a 7 tooth drive gear and a 21 tooth driven gear, finding these are not showing to be easy.
