I used polyurethane bushings from Energy Suspension on my 3rd gen. I only did the front control arms but they also sell kits. Really stiffened up the front end, feels a lot better around corners and over bumps.

If you do this make sure you grease them well. Get a zerk fitting setup if you can. For $140 you can get the Del-A-Lum stuff from GW.

I would check out PST Suspension. I dont personally have any experience with them, but i have read nothing but good things and they seem reasonably priced. They sell complete front end bushing kits. Also, they are located in Jersey!

Del-a-lum FTW. I don't like poly much. What kind of car is this for?

Oh, GW doesn't appear to have delalum bushings for lower 4th gen arms. They do have nice looking replacement upper arms (http://www.globalwest.net/1993-02_Camaro-Firebird_front_Tubular_arms.htm) as well as upper bushing kits (http://www.globalwest.net/1982-02_Camaro-Firebird_control_arm_bushings.htm). Also a spherical LCA bushing setup (http://www.globalwest.net/1993-02_Camaro-Firebird_front_lower_control_arm_performance_beari ing_kit..htm), but I'm, not sure how great an idea for a street car that is. The fact the offer replacement inserts tells me not a great idea for a DD.

I run PST's kit in my IROC and haven't had any issues for about 7 years now.

Might wanna do a little research on these: http://www.umiperformance.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=index

UMI has apparently just released these recently - search around and see if anyone is using them yet. If you hear good things and want to go with them, Josh at JS can order up the UMI stuff for you.
