Stopped last night on the way home and bought a 42" TV. When they brought it out of the stock room, I suddenly realized the box is much bigger than I thought, and I have the Firebird.
Should have seen the look on the guys face when I point out the bird is my ride and that TV has to fit inside. He didn't believe it would fit. So I put down the rear seat, open the hatch and in the flat panel TV goes right in. Fits just fine and the hatch closed.
So just for the record, a 42" flat panel TV will fit in a 4th gen f-body.
Who says these cars aren't practical????
a 4th gen hood fits in the back....its bigger than you think
