Who woulda guessed I had more questions? :rofl:

I am planning on redoing the braided lines from the solenoids to the plate with SS hard lines soon. My question is, how much does solenoid distance from the plate affect the hit?

I had planned on mounting the solenoids behind the intake. The hard line distance will be smaller than the current braided line length. But would it be advantageous to mount the solenoids right night to the plate similar to this..

I had mine mounted next to the strut tower on the passenger side of the car with the nozzle drilled into my whisper lid. On a 125 shot I made 150 gain from it with the Bottle pressure being 1200psi.. Ther was about a foot of braided line from the solenoids to the nozzle.

I know many people who had theres mounted behind the battery and in front of the windshield washer fluid to try to hide there kits. They still made the power they were suppose to make.

So I guess I will go on with the original idea of putting the solenoids behind the intake.

you could put them back there and be fine... just make sure the lines are the same length

thanks for that heads up. what would be the tolerance with regards to length though? like how much difference is ok?

if you look at some direct ports that are plumed there all diff lengths...... i just like to keep everything as close as posible

ok i got ya. mine is slightly different lengths for the dp. i'll try and keep it even though. thanks!
