Anybody know of any 1-2 bay garages for rent in the Central NJ area?

Hey guys,
We're looking into getting an actual garage now. So we can start doing installs and hopefully if all goes well, 2wd and awd dyno pulls and tunes.
We just need to find a smallish sized shop.
That seems to be the hardest part of the project is find a small shop or warehouse that allows auto repairs.

Sure. Shell station on 202 in Raritan has a 2 bayer for rent with Rotary 2 post lifts in it. Across the street from Char. Might be expensive because it's at a very busy intersection with a lot of exposure. Used to be "Redline Automotive".

Pretty much looking to spend around a grand to 1500 per month. I found a place in Bound Brook for $800.00 per month per bay including taxes. I got to find out if its in the flood area first though.

they are asking a lot of money for that shell station. One of my buddies wanted to rent one of the bays and I think they wanted 2250 a bay (I believe its two bay?)

There is a place by me in neshanic on 202 that I think is looking to rent. Its a 2 bay garage. I will check when I am home Thursday... provided it snows

Which place in Bound Brook? If it's down near Main St. then it's definitely in the flood zone.

the one near mainstreet is glood zone and it has bays for rent now you can look near the Costco Complex its the next road over headin away from the stadium. . . . dont remember street name sorry. its K something

i know your not looking for a place in north jersey my uncle owns a shop in east orange hes looking to rent out it has 3 bays i belive it has 2 lifts allso theres a exxon gas station on river rd in east hanover the one that next to fridays thats for rent
