baring any good luck which we all know I do not have i will be needing a new cell phone today. I have the verizon voyager and last night it just started shutting off and turning on over and over again and won't reboot. I have tried taking the battery out, plugging in charger, etc. I will be going to see what verizon says, but more then likely it's done.

Does anyone have a new phone like the droid and what do you think of it or have any suggestions.

How long have you had the phone? You usually get a 12 mo warranty when you get the phone, 6 mos if it's a replacement.

My Voyager's touchscreen crapped out on me back in September. It was still under the 1 year manufacturer's warranty, so Verizon replaced it with an EnV-Touch. The EnV-Touch has had more software issues than my Voyager ever did--mainly with the screens (both) going black and not turning back on. I'm on my third EnV-Touch. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this phone.

i have a chocolate touch, got it when it came out, good cheap phone... but whenever i see one of my friends playing with their droid or nexus and similar phones i get envious... no pun intended

I'm on month 16 of 24 so technically i'm 4 months out from the new every 2 because you need to have used it for 20 months. I'm hoping they at least either give me the discount or pro-rate it for the unused 4 months.

Ive got the LG Versa, but its touch only so if you bust the screen its done. Cool phone though, fairly small, haven't had any issues with it. Has lots of goodies with it too

i got verizon and used to have the voyager and then the dare, after those two i gave up on touch screens and went with a used htc ozone and i love this phone...and it has super mario 2 and 3 and a few other games as well as microsoft word and excel

get the Gzone Boulder. doesnt have the full keypad but its waterproof and the such. I absolutely love it

well for now I have had to activate an old phone they wouldn't do anything on pricing I'd have to pay 200 bucks for a new phone and pay $20 for early termination fee. NOT gonna happen. I'm using my old crap flip phone so if anyone has a newer phone they'd sell cheap let me know. I like the voyager for what it did so something similar would be nice. otherwise I'm looking on ebay and craigslist for a cheap used replacement for the time being.

This really sucks because I can't access the internet anymore on my phone like i used to be able to do.

i have the EnV3, and after a few initial hiccups that were fixed my the latest software update, all is well. I love the phone, music is nice and loud on it, battery lasts a while...i dont use the internet on it much so i cant really tell you about that, but its a good phone

I love mine. Did you upload the 5.0 software? Untill then...the phone was pretty meh.

I cant wait for Storm3 later this year...get a new phone sometime in Sept.

I have the droid and am very happy with it. After downloading a task killer the battery power is great.
