So I go to bed around midnight(set my alarm for 530 am). I wake up after having a scary as hell dream about me, an old house, and something in the house resembling the grudge little kid in a cloak. I wake up at 3 am unable to sleep, hot as hell, and my heart is beating out of my chest. So now it's 4am and I'm posting on here passing the time. Ofcourse I think not being able to sleep has something to do with my jet lag/time change going back 9 hrs.
This sucks.

You should get a dream book or somethin and figure out what it means. I did that a few times it was kinda cool to kno what I was actually dreamin of

I usually got about 3mins to figure out why things were in my dreams before I forget it, and usually its a compilation of events or things I've seen as long as over a weeks time, but usually within 2 days time thigns that have happened will be in it.

The dream I had last night was bad, but a few that I had when I was a teenager were bad enough to make any horror movie look like a disney flick.

I've had that happen alot this year with all the stuff I've had to deal with over the passed 3 months.
Figures I fall back asleep at 7 and set my alarm for 1030......and wake up at 2 pm ugh.

I couldn't sleep either. I had some crazy dream about an open air market, all these angry people, and this scary homeless guy going around and stealing everything and opening his own tent and selling everything at discount prices. ... after reading this, I am totally effed in the head.
I hope your jet lag wears off :)

Not to get too specific rob, but in the past three months, did you see anything that may have disturbed ya, or shocked ya, maybe somethign during that time may have altered your thought method.

It was nothing from my deployment. I was safe over there and didn't see anything dramatic. It was a few things in my personal life back here that I had to deal with. My grandpa died 2 weeks after I got there, my brother's best friend(that my bro took for a ride in my vette in sept) commited suicide in my brother's house, and well the other thing I won't go in to.

That sounds like it could be playing a part. I would just try to relax and think about being safely at home and really savoring it...
