and I'm sitting at work and don't have the motivation to jump into anything. :| But I just know I'll get a request this afternoon for something that absolutely has to be done today since it's the last business day of the month.

I ended up going in to work this morning for a few hours of unpaid OT. I guess it's not really OT when you're salaried. It was a wet morning so might as well get some work done. I made some good progress so it was worth it. Just got done mowing the back lawn so heading out in the boat soon.

Funny you mention that, I had some guy come in today looking for a bilge pump and or float switch... Um dude.. this is a CAR parts store... wtf would you do with a bilge pump in a car?
Unless its a 5th gen, in which case, being as it is a boat, a bilge pump would be needed for when the water comes in....

Actually, I need a new light pole. I shatter the housing last year with a stray cast. With all the rain last year, I didn't do much fishing and wasn't out on the water late so I never needed it.

 I do love that, and they actually expect you to have it in stock.
My other favorite thing is when they say oh yeah its the same as a car 350/454/whatever piece of crap Mercruiser engine you have...NO IT ISNT, maybe the valve covers, but try to use a starter from a car 350, see how long it last with that sea spray all over it
