Hard Chromium plating

Anybody ever had that done to their cranks? did you see any comparible gains from doing it? who did you trake it to, and what was your price estimate for it to be performed on your crank.

I'm just tryign to get some general pricing to see if I want to do it with my crank while I have it out being balanced with my rods/ pistons.
