Any good shops that do "Inspection"?

Helping a friend out, his '93 Volvo is having horn issues and I'm in the process of coming up with a MacGuyver fix for him but he really needs to get it inspected and I used to know a guy in the Jackson area but I lost all his contact info. Anyone know of any shops in the area that can help him with his "inspection"?

if your worried about mechanical inspections, Nj is no longer testing as of august 1st.

^^^is right I work at a shop that does inspections all u gotta pass now is emissions.
