Hi guys. Just in case anyone was wondering, James had his surgery this morning. Everything went well, and he's up in his room resting now. The doctors say he'll be here until at least Wednesday. Pain is pretty bad, but it was expected.

Hopefully this final surgery to install airbag units to his body should prevent further problems.
Glad all seems to be well.

What's he going to complain about if he doesn't have any more pain? Hopefully everything turns out for the better.

Thanks everyone.

Things are going quite well - I'm outta the damn hard neck collar and into a soft neck collar. I can shower.

The doc's were very careful about my tatoo and the incision - it is extremely close but he didn't cut into it.

I'm in pain... which is no surprise. My upper shoulder muscles are INSANELY sore and painful.... he warned me and he didn't lie.

Well, now its time for healing. I'm not sure when I get into physical therapy but I know that when I get there I will be in MUCH longer than previous times.

Well, time to go back to video games :)

Hey, I'll bet that in 4-5 years from now, you'll forget all about this. Just don't get into a car that doesn't have 36 air bags surrounding you!

Good to hear from you old man.....I bet Genie is happy that you are allowed to shower!

Keep us updated man, hopefully this one will do the trick and you'll finally be relatively pain free.
