are they wood, vinyl or metal doors. if they are wood you can try to plane a little off. if they are vinyl and in the sun or metal doors. depending on whether they are sticking together. or getting stuck in the frame you can either remove the top interior trim and shims and put new screws going into the header to lift the top jamb of the frame. or if they are sticking together you can shim out behind the hinges on the frame with thin pieces of solid cardboard. put the shims on the inside of the hinges closest to the weather stripping and that will pull the door edges apart.

Planing them is what I would do. Just a little bit though.

Yup. Assuming they are wood...

I would call an expert in, you probably don't have much knowledge of what you are doing nor the right tools. Some doors have metal edging on them and what not so it may not be an easy plane-some-off type of job.

Can you see if the hinges are okay and not sagging?

correct. but when they are installed right that shouldnt happen. guys look at the reveal around the door while its shut and think as long as thats the same the door is ok. but what your supposed to do is open the door untill the inside door edge is lined up with the out side of the jamb and make sure that reveal is adaquate. otherwise when it swells the 1/8 inch most guys leave will not be enought and the door will stick.
