Ok, so my grandparents moved out to Arkansas 11 years ago. Why they did i don't know. We went out for 2 weeks but thats not the point. We were coming home yesterday it was an 18 hour drive. (we drive cause we have many guns and can't take them on the plane, they live outside city limits so we can open fire at the house)

On the way home driving through Kentucky at 3:40 a.m we came up on a car on the highway in the right lane with the 4 ways on. And a women standing in the middle of the left lane.

We pull up behind her and my dad puts the window down and asks what's wrong. she came up to the window in a uncertain way. Just the way she came over and was talking there was an odd feeling. She was saying that they ran out of gas... if you ran out of gas in the middle of a huge highway would you stop in the right lane and stand in the left lane? When we pulled up she didnt walk over to us for a couple seconds after we asked whats wrong. We asked if she called the cops and she told us yes and they wouldn't help her they're not coming. It felt like she was stalling for something. We pulled up and there was a guy sitting in the car. We just said we can't help you we don't know you. Soon as we left we called the cops. 5 others called and theres a cop on the way to help out.

Something doesn't seem right. Just a weird feeling. We have helped people on the side of roads before but something was wrong about this.

any opinions on this? some kind of setup if so wrong truck to try and take over lol

the standing on the opposite side of the car isnt odd if she were to see headlights coming (in this case yours). BUT, many things i wouldve picked up on:

1) did she wave you guys down? normally those in distress express their harmlessness by waving or jumping or something

2) her hesitating before coming to the car was probably a quick scan of the car to make sure you weren't actual cops... Or you had guns visible, lmao

3) Cops not coming to help them? Bull****

4) A GUY sitting in the car while the woman is standing in the street? He's using the oldest psychological tactic in the book. If she were decently attractive and had a rack, he was using her to pull over the Id-controlled drivers, (those who think with the wrong head most of the time). If the guy were out there nobody would've stopped, and if they did they'd most likely wouldn't be the type of people the man and woman wanted.

no guns were showed. i was holding mine under the seat and my dad had his under the arm rest lol i really think it was a setup. but the main this is she was not on the shoulder. they were dead stopped in right lane and she was standing in the left lane. it was a double lane highway

I have heard of **** like this where a woman would be "broke down" on the highway and when a driver comes up and gets out to help, the driver gets jumped and robbed by a person that was hiding or in the car that was with the woman and they either drive off in their car or take the other drivers car aswell. The chick probably saw you guys and figure odds were against them to try anything and didnt know what to do.

supposedly there are 2 fugitives that are wanted now and they think they are in Arkansas in the northwest corner of the state.One is a female,blonde and the other is white male.You might have been the luckyest people in the world if that was them because the male is a escapee from prison and is a wanted killer. If your read the story, there is a woman standing in the middle of the left lane. Unless your chosing to mow people down like its a video game and make trouble for yourself if the situation was okay to begin with

yeah i was just shooting for 2 weeks almost everyday. I go to a local gun range and shoot every other week but out there you can on your own land. so i'm really getting really good on the shooting. I'm best with the 44 mag for hangun i'm best with my ak-47 for assaut rile and for the rifle is our mossberg300. we have a nice collection but those are the 3 i'm best with out the many guns we own. i'm dead on with that ak-47 :-P.. i'd hate to be the person to rob my house.

but yeah i could easly have owned them both
