I just applied Meguiar's #7 Show Car Glaze to my car to get it ready for the Fireman's parade tomorrow. First time I used it. Applied it with a random orbit sander / buffer with a real soft thick foam pad. Used about a blob the size of a nickel for each panel. Followed the recommendation to go around the car three times wiping off the excess material with a fresh microfiber each time.
The car looks so wet you get splashed standing near it. ;-) Another couple weeks and I can start putting some wax on it.
