Can't find the female end for this connector under the steering column, what is it for?

i had that connector left over when i redid my car too.. so far it hasnt affected anything what so ever.. it must be some kind of option that you and I dont have... this really doesnt help you but im just letting you know you have nothing to worry about

it may be connector C250 and it says that LT1's and MM6 without K34, does not have clutch jumper harness. its for cruise control, i'm guessing disengagement when the clutch is depressed. its probably for v6 cars.
