New best in the C5

tracking the progress, it started something like this....
2.73 geared, stock converter, street tires, dead hooking every pass

free mods- 13.011@107.59 2.000 60'

vararam and some tuning 12.829@109.48 1.950 60'

pulled air filter, better air 12.669@110.48 1.945 60'

more tuning, muffler delete, better air 12.510@109.87 1.927 60'

lowered the car (not sure that it helped or hindered it) even better air- 12.399@110.62 1.90 60'

ive trapped 111.74mph and over 111mph on a few passes but they werent my quickest times

maybe ill go for 12.20s or 12teens before i put the converter, 3.42 gears, and drag radials on it.

Not bad for the 2.73 geared stocker The last log looked real clean after the changes i made and a slight increase in the right areas might have a good out come we'll have to check it out the next time out just give me a heads up when your going.

Now you where the noise came from Red lines on the Log are not good.

What is the bolt on LS1 C5 records any way.

thanks guys! i think im gonna try for 11s on the stock converter. i still need to do longtubes, orx, ported/polished tb, UD pulley and maybe a 160 t-stat so i can possibly run 28* of timing without it sparknocking
