from what i recently heard, this movie takes place between F&F4 and tokyo drift...

maybe a plot twist... maybe he never died, they never SAW his body or go to a funeral... he was a wanted man by the Japanese Mafia so maybe he survived but faked his death to take on a new identity, and make another movie. lol

The first movie is first, and the second is second, however after that the 4th and 5th both take place after the second but before Tokyo Drift (3rd). That's why Han is still alive, and this is how Vin Diesel's character says he knew Han at the end of Tokyo Drift.

no, star wars was originally planned that way...hence why A New Hope was named Episode IV back in the 70s. lucas just didnt have the technology to do the first 3 episodes.

ooo i can't wait..a buddy of mine went on opening night to the last one and said the theatre parking lot was filled with rice doing burnouts and hitting their rev limiters after the movie.....this will be fun
