anyone have any luck with these things?, if any of you suffer from sinusitis like i do you know how terrible sleeping, breathing, etc. can be, especially during the winter

Google says that medical studies show they don't really do much good. Now if a doc was too prescribe something for you to use in a nebulizer, that can help out a lot. Jack has one that he used to use often, and it was very helpful for him.
