I haven't seen the Bullydog but I have the Diablosport Predator for my 01 Silverado and I was able to make changes to the injectors which helped me pick up about 1-1.5 mpg. I don't do much highway driving so my increase was really around town. I was also able to adjust the shift points, firmness, get rid of the catalytic overtemp protection, adjust for larger tires, etc. I think I paid $275 shipped for it from LMperformance.

Wow really?!

I guess I'll refrain from my normal telling people that handheld tuners are BS for gas cars now that they actually do something.

Same here, I already have seen a increase on the Charger with the Predator. Not only in "go" but in the tank. Not to mention since I installed it, I have not exactly been easy on the gas pedal.

Yea, the cummins certainly adds a hefty price tag up front, but power / mpg / tunability returns are awesome. My little brother has an '05 3500 crew cab / 8' bed / 4wd with the cummins / 4spd auto / 4.10s and he averages low - mid 20s on the highway.

The Predator shows a lot of real time data as well. You can log it and download to a PC with the interface kit. You can also get people to build you a custom tune and email it to you to load into the unit and then you install it to your vehicle. I would think most of the programmers do the same things though so it really comes down to which one you like the most and how much do you want to spend.

yes but the Triple Dog GT hangs in the windshield and shows me that data as its happening, plus allow me to change settings in the BCM and PCM for my truck. it will give me instant MPG as well as average. i want this 1. for the MPG and power increase, plus its monitoring capabilities. as well as DTC's on the fly. and i've seen a price from 349.99-429.99
