iIf I reacall correctly Im pretty sure there is no adjustment on the cable on the 92 camaro. Alot of times the cable stretched making the ebrake not engage all the way. You probably need to buy new cables.

They don't have the threaded end up above the driveshaft??

The older third gens did but I'm not sure what year they did away with it.

They must have left some sort of adjustment method.

ADJUSTMENT

1. Jack up both rear wheels.
2. Apply parking brake three notches.
3. Tighten adjusting nut until left rear wheel can just be rotated rearward but is locked when forward rotation is attempted.
4. Release parking brake and check to ensure rear wheels rotate freely in either direction with no brake drag.

NOTE: Make sure the rear brakes are adjusted properly before attempting to adjust the parking brake. Refer to Brake Shoe / Adjustments

That's for drum brakes, lulz.

im pretty sure all the 3rd gens i tore apart have had the adjustment where the 2 rear cables meet in the trans tunnel.

91-92, maybe 90, dont have that tunnel adjustment. My 86 does, my 92 does not.
