Note I have heard numerous complaints of poor responsiveness, to put it kindly. Some people have no problems, some have nothing but problems reaching him or getting response.

Heard that too. I spoke to him on the phone once, caught him at just the right time, nice guy, but he's so backed up in everything, so sometimes you get your stuff right away, sometimes you never see it and you have to hound him to get it.

yea i got some of my parts from bigbrake the rest i made or bought used, everything worked great when i did the upgrade but i sold everything off.
