Pair of GM 241 LS1 heads from a 2001 Trans Am.
2 intake valves have tip damage from valve float. This is the reason they were removed from the car, they were otherwise fine and had no other problems.
It's possible the valve tips can be resurfaced but I'd recommend replacement.
Pics of the valve tips and a view of the heads' interior, yes they're really that clean after running only Mobil-1 synthetic oil:
