That is all. Not bad, still has great oil pressure but has the typical Spy Hunter smokey start up(thanks GM and your crappy valve seals). Not bad for 6#'s of boost going through it.
So F you LT1 and LS1 guys :rofl::rofl::moon::moon:

20+ years old, modified/boosted, 150,000 miles and you whine about valve seals? lol

:rofl: Hey everything else in the car works all the way down to the AC, antenna and hatch pull down. Even without the boost those garbage seals would be leaking, lol.
Obviously it's not as cool as the Catfish and Sebring's that we call 4thgens but everything on it works. :D

Oh it's a given. I vote for the headgasket popping just as I lose 2nd gear in the trans...lock it in.

Congrats though man. That's a lot of miles, and boost isn't making it easier.

Very commendable for a stock shortblock though, any idea how long the procharger has been installed?

Only 18K miles on the supercharger? :-? I put 42K on my 93 LT1 with the Powerdyne without changing the belt and it towed a boat as well! :moon:

I try not to drive the car much, it horrible on gas and I don't feel like fixing what breaks(which is why I don't race it yet).

Always had more issues with my crappy 3rd gen, than my LT1 and even less with my LS powered car...

third gens do have issues from time to time.....but they are 19-29 years old, the tpi is a barbaric fuel injection system now. they have issues from time to time, but i still prefer a third gen over any other generation f-body

A couple years back, I was pulling parts off a 3rd gen with over 36X,XXX miles on it...even with the boost chances are good of it lasting! I wonder how loud the piston slap would be on an LS1 at that mileage. Opti replacement would be in the double digits
