Only sometimes? I am disappoint.
And your question is so open ended you are gonna get answers from a high 9 to low 14s. Hence, my answer.

12 bolt with 3.90 gears, full interior, turbo 350 with mild shift kit, built to handle about 500 horse maybe a little more

Then its probably going to break at the line
There are definitely too many variables even after what you listed to give a good guess. Weight, tire, cam, peak torque, converter size, shift point, driver experience, etc etc
It shouldn't run 12s, that's for sure. But it will only run what it runs.

Unless it weighs 5000lbs and is on bald street tires, it should get there. 400hp lt/ls1's run 11s.

This. If he DOESN'T run 11's he should sell the car and buy a Hon-duh, yes seriously.

he had a shop build it and they only made it strong enough to handle 500hp when the car makes 650+? im gonna have to agree with sweetbmxrider and say its gonna break, might roll to 330' depending on where it breaks though..and one huge thing you forgot to mention is whether its rwhp or flywheel, big difference between the two

well the motor they built for him last year, which was a 462, didnt last 1500 miles before something happened and the whole motor was wasted, and that was being easy on it

he went there knowing they have a terrible reputation around here, because his dad grew up with the owner Al Sr. not only was the first motor not put together properly ( obviously since it didnt last 1500 miles ) he paid for another motor and has mauybe a couple hundred miles on it ? and he said its not running right hah.

yeah i've got over 100k under the hood of my fox and shes parked waiting to be rebuilt:lol:
I put around 400 to the wheels and run 11.50's. If the car can stay together for a few passes. Low 11's high 10's.

That car should turn low 11's to high 10's if it can hook and he can drive. Even if it went down the track at 3,800 lbs it is still more than capable of turning into the 11's with ease. Cars with 100+ less horses are breaking into the 11's with proper gearing.

i dunno man, that cat looks dry to me
as for the car... mid to low 11s at worst if he can drive it

hes never been to the track. my dad and his friends used fonze back in the day and they said even back then all they did was crappy work. too many workers in an out of that shop like a minimum wage part time job. dont return phone calls, don't order parts on time, can't produce build sheets or dyno sheets.
